Curtis Allred

Curtis Allred is a popular fixture in the Loudoun food and drink scene, having managed Shoe’s Cup & Cork and Fireworks Pizza.

Curtis is a certified Sommelier and Cicerone (the beer equivalent) who cut his teeth in the Manhattan food scene before working for a mix of fine dining and casual establishments in the greater metro DC area.

“Our vision is to be a regular spot for both locals as well as visitors from all over the country and world. We welcome all guests, especially those seeking to engage in new experiences, to relive fond memories of travel abroad, to enjoy new flavors, or to relish in ones longed for.”




GENERAL MANAGER

Gina Burgess

Gina Burgess was born into the restaurant industry; her parents opened a restaurant just a month after her birth. Some of her earliest memories are of “helping“ at the cash register, coming in to the kitchen after school, and setting up catering events. With ten years’ experience in local restaurants, Gina most recently was the General Manager at Shoe’s Cup & Cork.

“I am thrilled to be part of the team here at Delirium and am looking forward to serving our guests and the local community.“

Rick Leith

Rick Leith is a Loudoun native who is committed to seeing downtown Leesburg thrive.

A Property Manager by trade, Rick has a passion for historical properties including the two beautiful old buildings occupied by Delirium Cafe USA.

Rick is an avid supporter of the local beer scene, as well as a talented musician. He plays in an acoustic rock group called Something’s Brewing.

“I am fully invested in seeing smart growth for potential other locations around the USA. We want to maintain the soul of what we are establishing here in Leesburg.“

Anthony Poggioli

Growing up in a traditional Italian family, Anthony Poggioli learned about good food early in life and has continued to share this with his sons. His older son is already an aspiring chef at the ripe old age of 14. From making sauce, very complex steak seasoning, and his specialty Pogo Wedgo potatoes, Anthony brings his zest for excellent cuisine to Delirium.

A life long sales and marketer, Anthony has a long standing passion for great service and doing right by his clients. Anthony is fully committed to providing an environment of fun, family, great food and libations.

Meet the Chef


John Leonard is a Loudoun native who has worked in professional kitchens for 22 years. His culinary skills were forged in Bob Kinkead’s flagship WDC restaurant where he was employed for five years.

John has worked in New York, NY and Asheville, NC, and started his fine dining career in Leesburg at the Lightfoot Restaurant.

John most recently served as Executive Chef at the Goodstone Inn, which, under his leadership, was nominated for the top 100 restaurants in the nation by Trip Advisor two years in a row and made Washingtonian‘s Top 10 in Virginia twice.
