Growing up in a traditional Italian family, Anthony Poggioli learned about good food early in life and shares his knowledge with his sons. His oldest son is already an aspiring chef at the ripe old age of 14.
From making sauce, very complex steak seasoning, and his specialty Pogo Wedgo potatoes, Anthony brings his zest for excellent cuisine to Delirium.
